I am an experienced guitarist, arranger, and composer. More recently, I have also been playing jazz piano, bass, and drums. I got my bachelor's in music at Amherst college, and I have experience teaching music as a private guitar instructor, and as a guest lecturer in school music classes. My background is in jazz, but I also enjoy playing other styles of music like salsa, cumbia, blues, rock, hip hop, and folk.

I have been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember. I primarily work with pen and ink, but also occasionally with watercolors, acrylic and oil paints, graphite, and digital media. I like to combine my interests in science and art to produce visualizations that are both informative and visually striking.
